Data Collection and Use

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our platform, we collect the data displayed in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to aid spam detection.

Account Deletion

At Arzdigital, we understand the importance of your privacy and the control over your personal data. If you have created an account with us and wish to delete it, you may do so by following these steps:

2. Complete the form with your account details, including your full name and the email or phone number associated with your account.
3. Submit the account deletion request.
4. Within ۱-۳ business days, you will receive a communication from us via email or phone to confirm your account deletion request.
5. Upon confirmation, you will receive a link to verify your request. Please follow the provided link and fill in any additional required information.
6. After verification, your account will be deactivated. Please be aware that during this deactivation period, you will not have access to your account.
7. ۳۰ days following deactivation, your account will be permanently deleted from our records.

Upon requesting the deletion of your account, your account will be deactivated immediately, and the personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers within ۳۰ days, except for any information we are obliged to retain for legal, tax, or security purposes. Please note that after your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of the data or information associated with it.

Our app allows users to upload images related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and other relevant content. We collect and store these user-uploaded images solely to provide the core functionality of our app, which is to share insights, news, and information about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

The user-uploaded images are displayed publicly on our platform to enable information sharing and discussions among our community members. We do not use the images for any other purpose such as advertising or monetization.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the user-uploaded images from unauthorized access or disclosure. The images are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers.
